Shop assistant: refunds
A shop owner lets an assistant refund customers for late orders.
The problem
The assistant asks a bare Yes or No question. The owner cannot tell who gets money, how much, or what saying yes allows later.
First version

What changed
- 1
Show the plan first
The steps are listed in plain words, with a time estimate, before anything happens.
- 2
Spell out the exact action
The request lists each customer and amount, and why a person has to decide.
- 3
Limit what a yes covers
The owner can allow once, or save a narrow rule that lists exactly what it covers.
- 4
Make Deny useful
Deny takes a short note, so the assistant learns what to do instead.
The result
The owner knows exactly what will happen before agreeing, can approve a small piece, and can say no and explain why.
